How would your experience of life be different if you weren’t burdened by shame? How would you express yourself if you were in a loving relationship with your body as well as your needs and desires?
We will explore these questions and much more in the first of the Generative Sexuality series.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each week will explore a different theme, each week building on the last. There will be simple guided meditations and practices, enquiries in small groups and explorations within the larger group.
The small group exercises encourage self-reflection, authentic expression and deep listening.
You will discover how your life-state impacts your experience of sensuality and sexuality, how can you experience more pleasure and freedom of expression, and how deepening your understanding of your core desires and core needs allows for deeper alignment, and deeper intimacy.
